About Cameron

Cameron started Specialist Sales in 2003 after working in the ag chemical, seed, animal health, equine and aquaculture industries. Cameron, during this time, was involved in sales and advice, agronomy services and served as a State and National Sales Manager for several agribusinesses.

Not only is he a successful business owner, he also has a Bachelor of Business – Ag Commerce from the University of Sydney and more than 30 years of experience working in the agricultural industry. Raised on a cropping and stock farm, Cameron has taken his love of the industry and made it into a successful ag merchandise business that leads the way in innovation.

About Carmel

Carmel comes from a mixed farming background and has worked in the agricultural sector since leaving University. She has a Bachelor of Agricultural Economics from the University of New England and has a background in cropping systems, livestock, marketing, communications and business development. She now works with Cameron to support the marketing and communications of Specialist Sales.

Passionate about the agricultural industry, Carmel still has ties to farming with her family members running their own successful mixed farming, cotton and feedlotting businesses. Carmel writes articles that customers are seeking clarity, understanding and information about and with the Specialist Sales team reviewing each blog for accuracy and currency.

About Janine

Janine joined Specialist Sales in 2024 as Business Operations Manager after a background working in the seed and pasture industry and other agricultural sectors, including cropping, livestock and fisheries. Janine has a Bachelor of Agricultural  Business Management from Charles Sturt University. She has worked in the agricultural industry for a decade, with extensive knowledge of farming systems and business management.

Janine has a lifelong passion for learning, especially in agriculture and is always keen to impart her expertise and knowledge to our customers. Janine leads the Customer Service Team and is continually training our staff in the latest products, farming systems, and technology, as well as addressing the issues facing our customers on their farms. Janine ensures our team have all the knowledge to assist our customers with their enquiries and product questions. Janine is also an active member of the Future Farmers Network, the Darling Downs Young Ag Professionals and a Committee member for the Young Beef Producers Forum in 2023, 2024 & 2025. These associations allow Janine to keep abreast of industry trends and developments, and keep her passion for learning in the industry alive.
