When you shop with Specialist Sales, you have the confidence of knowing that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return it and we will provide you with an exchange or refund within the guidelines outlined below.
This policy applies to all purchases made from Specialist Sales, online.
Proof of Purchase
Please note that all returns, refunds, exchange requests must be accompanied by Proof of Purchase documents – original tax invoice (included with all online purchases). In the case of ‘damaged’ goods, photographic evidence is required and Specialist Sales MUST be contacted within 5 days of receiving the goods. No refund will be made without proof of evidence of ‘damaged goods’.
Change of Mind
If you have changed your mind about your purchase, Specialist Sales is under no obligation to provide a refund. We are happy to exchange goods, however return goods must be done at buyer expense and have satisfactory Proof of Purchase. Specialist Sales will ONLY exchange goods if the following conditions apply:
- The item is in a saleable condition (the item is in its original packaging (if any), and the item unused and as sold).
- We can verify that the item was originally purchased from Specialist Sales.
As a consumer, you are entitled to the benefit of statutory consumer guarantees in respect of items purchased from Specialists Sales. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if the item has a major failure, you may reject the item and seek a refund or exchange.

Please include your completed your tax invoice with the returned item/s.
For all purchases made with PayPal we will provide an online store credit. For all other purchases, Specialist Sales will refund using your original payment method.
