When you shop with Specialist Sales, you can be confident that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return it and we will provide an exchange or refund within the guidelines outlined below.
This policy applies to all purchases made from Specialist Sales online.
Returns Window
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Proof of Purchase
Please note that all returns, refunds, and exchange requests must be accompanied by Proof of Purchase documents, including the original tax invoice (provided with all online purchases). In the case of damaged goods, photographic evidence is required, and Specialist Sales MUST be contacted within 5 days of receiving the goods. No refund will be made without evidence of damaged goods.
Change of Mind
If you have changed your mind about your purchase, Specialist Sales is under no obligation to provide a refund. We are happy to exchange goods; however, returns must be shipped at the buyer’s expense and include satisfactory Proof of Purchase. Specialist Sales will ONLY exchange goods if the following conditions apply:
- The item is in a saleable condition (in its original packaging and unused, as sold)
- If the item supplied has a tamper-proof seal, it cannot be broken, removed, or opened
- We can verify that the item was originally purchased from Specialist Sales
Consumer Guarantees
As a consumer, you are entitled to statutory consumer guarantees in respect of items purchased from Specialist Sales. In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, if the item has a major failure, you may reject it and seek a refund or exchange.
