Bromoxynil 200 Selective Herbicide is registered for use in Oats, undersown with clover and lucerne (sometimes called Alfafa).  It will take out a wide range of weeds but not all grass and broadleaf species.  Reviewing the product's label will outline the weeds controlled in the various crops.
