Surefire Slayer Organic Herbicide does not claim to control Singapore Daisy as part of its registration.  As it is a desiccant, it will burn the leaves it comes in contact with but is unlikely to kill the root system.  Ongoing applications will be required.  A mixture of Glyphosate and Metsulfuron would be recommended or even Metsulfuron-Methyl on its own as a chemical alternative.
