Canewett 870 Low Foam Adjuvant

Tips For Use

Mixing:

• For wettable powders and water soluble products add AC Canewett 870 Low Foam Adjuvant to water in the spray tank before adding agricultural chemical. 
• For emulsifiable and suspension concentrate products add AC Canewett 870 Low Foam Adjuvant to the spray tank after a good emulsion is formed.
• Where product labels recommend the addition of a non-ionic wetting agent at a specific percentage dilution, use the following guidelines, e.g. 0.1% – 100mL per 100 litres of final spray volume, or 0.125% – 125mL per 100 litres of final spray solution
• Use the higher rate on hairy, waxy, dusty or hard to wet surfaces. Also increase the rate when spraying onto dry soils.

Protection of Wildlife, Fish, Crustaceans and Environment:

• Harmful to fish. 
• Do not contaminate streams, rivers and waterways with the chemical or used containers.

Storage:

• Keep out of reach of children.
• Store in closed, original container in a cool, well-ventilated area. 
• Do not store for prolonged periods in direct sunlight.

Safety Directions:

• Avoid contact with the eyes or skin. 
• When using the product, wear cotton overalls buttoned to the neck and wrist (or equivalent clothing), elbow length PVC/rubber gloves and face shield or goggles. 
• If product on skin, immediately wash area with soap and water. 
• If product in eyes, wash it out immediately with water.

• If skin contact occurs remove contaminated clothing and wash skin thoroughly. 
• If in eyes, hold eyes open, flood with water for at least 15 minutes and see a doctor.
