Use a  small scoop/spoon (dedicated for use with the Copper Oxychloride Fungicide), and weigh a level scoop/spoon of Copper Oxychloride on a set of scales (ie Kitchen Scales). This should help with calculating how much to mix in with water, e.g. if 1 level scoop equals 2.5grms. You need 5 grams. You will need 2 level scoops.

Damage can occur to any citrus tree with a Copper Fungicide if application rates are too high or water rates are not correct, which allows excessive amounts of copper to accumulate on parts of the trees, causing damage.  The Copper Oxychloride Fungicide label advises "reduce frequency on copper shy varieties – this applies to all citrus."  To the best of our knowledge, there is not a list of 'Copper Shy' varieties, so you should assume that a Copper Fungicide may damage all citrus if rates, frequency and water volume are too high.

  4. 1. The Active Ingredient in the Copper Oxychloride is stated as Copper Present As Copper Oxychloride @ 500g/kg. Please explain the difference between the Copper Oxychloride Fungicide and the EcoCopper 375WG Organic Fungicide (OCP). What does 375 WG mean? The registrations for Copper Oxychloride Fungicide state that the quantity of active constituent used to manufacture the goods is 500g/kg Copper, present as Copper Oxychloride.  EcoCopper 375WG Organic Fungicide only has 375g/kg Copper, present as Copper Oxychloride (25% less).

As the EcoCopper 375WG Organic Fungicide has organic registration (ACO & NOP), it is an allowable input for organic operations that must only use certified organic products.

Copper Oxychloride Fungicide is applied as a foliar spray to the plant's foliage, not as a soil drench.  It does not claim to control see or soil-borne infections.
