Fendona can be applied onto surfaces and into cracks and crevices where insects may be harbouring, living and breeding providing up to 3 months of residual control.

Fendona Pressurised Insecticide is a fast-knockdown, residual insecticide that controls insects by contact action and ingestion. When applied as a surface spray, the product offers long residual activity. Fendona is of relatively low toxicity to humans and other animals and is suitable for use in domestic and public areas. To obtain the best results, all surfaces should be treated, especially cracks, crevices and infested areas.

Fendona can be used to control insect pests in internal and external situations in and around domestic, commercial and public buildings: including food processing facilities, hospitals and schools.

How does Fendona Pressurised Insecticide work;

When applied, the unique pressurised insecticide formulation dries into a crystalline form enabling superior residual control and efficacy. Fendona Insecticide is perfect for use within cracks and crevices, along skirting boards, within and around window frames and tracks, or other areas where a barrier treatment is desired.

Directions Of Use

Critical Comments:

Apply onto surfaces and into cracks and crevices where insects may be harbouring, living and breeding for up to 3 months residual control.
Apply as a surface application up to but not exceeding the point of runoff.
Use crack and crevice nozzle to direct spray into cracks, crevices and other hard to reach places.
Live activity can be treated as a spot treatment.
Carpets should have a small hidden area sprayed and checked for any discolouration before widespread use.

Pest: Bed Bugs

Critical Comments:

Apply directly onto bed bug activity as a spot treatment.
Do not apply to mattress or bedding.
An IPM approach should be followed for the control of bed bugs.

Tips For Use

Application:

Spray from a distance of 20-30 cm directly onto insects or spray onto surfaces for residual protection as per the Directions for Use table.
Apply to clean surfaces, free of dirt, dust, oils, grease and other residues.
Surfaces should have a small hidden area sprayed and checked for any discolouration before widespread use.

Restraints:

Do not apply as a space spray (ie away from surfaces into the air).
Do not use to control fleas on animals.
Do not use in animal housing.

Precautions:

Do not apply directly to food, food packaging or food contact surfaces.
Keep out of reach of children.
Before use – cover or remove bird cages or fish tanks during spraying. Remove or cover all exposed foodstuffs, cover all dishes and utensils and places where food is prepared or stored.
After use – thoroughly ventilate the treated area. Clean up thoroughly before processing/serving resumes.
Do not apply to mattress or bedding.
Beware: deliberately sniffing or inhaling concentrated spray can be harmful or fatal.

Protections: Protection Of Wildlife, Fish, Crustaceans And Environment

Dangerous to fish.
Do not contaminate ponds, waterways or drains with the product or used containers.

Storage:

Keep in a cool place out of the sun.

First Aid:

If poisoning occurs, contact a doctor or Poisons Information Centre. Telephone 13 11 26 Australia-wide.
If swallowed, do not induce vomiting.
Give a glass of water.
If sprayed on the skin, wash thoroughly.
If sprayed in mouth, rinse mouth with water.
