Esfenvalerate is a very popular pyrethroid insecticide that acts with contact and stomach action over a broad range of pests including Coleoptera, Diptera, Hemiptera, Lepidoptera, and Orthoptera. Esfenvalerate can be sprayed indoors and outdoors but it cannot be applied on garden plants or edible vegetables and fruit. It also can not be sprayed directly on animals and pets to treat fleas or ticks. Pyrethroids like Esfenvalerate are manufactured chemicals that are very similar in structure to the pyrethrins, but are often more toxic to insects, and last longer in the environment than pyrethrins.

Directions Of Use

How to Use:

Shake well before use.
Indoor Site Preparation:
- Remove or cover all exposed food.
- Cover all cooking and eating utensils and places where food is prepared.
- After use, thoroughly ventilate the treated area.
- Clean up thoroughly before processing or serving food again.
- After use, ensure thorough good hygiene practices are followed, particularly the removal of food scraps.
- Care should be taken not to spray delicate fabrics or furnishings as water-based insecticides -may stain.

How to Apply

Home and garden including indoor and outdoor ornamental plants such as flowers, shrubs, trees, lawn and non-bearing fruit trees

Nuisance pest insects including aphids, bugs, caterpillars, Heliothis, leafhoppers, Grasshoppers &, thrips

Apply at the first sign of pest infestation and before pest populations build up to damaging levels. Ensure thorough coverage of infested leaves and stems. For delicate plants such as ferns, test a small area of the plant first with only a very light spray.

Maintenance Treatment: If necessary, repeat treatment at 3 month intervals or appropriate intervals to prevent re-infestation.

In and around domestic, public service, commercial, industrial buildings/premises (including the home, schools, hospitals, restaurants, hotels, motels, cafes, offices and factories).

Nuisance pest insects including ants, carpet beetles, cockroaches, fleas, flies, mosquitoes, silverfish, spiders, moths, wasps, weevils.

Apply to floors, skirting boards, carpets, cupboards, behind and below sinks, stoves and drains and other insect entry points, particularly cracks and crevices, window sills, window frames and fly screens. Spray outside surfaces of buildings and surrounds including but not limited to foundations, verandas, window frames, eaves, patios, garages, soil, lawn, trunks of woody ornamentals or other areas where pests congregate or have been seen. Apply to insect nests or trails including spider webs and wasp nests, and around garbage bins. For best results perimeter treatment is advised.

Tips For Use

Restraints:

Do not apply if rain is expected within 24 hours.
Do not apply when temperatures are 30°c or higher, or during windy conditions.
Do not apply when soil is dry and plants or lawn are suffering from moisture stress.
Do not apply to plants, fruit trees, vegetables or parts of plants that are to be eaten.

Caution:

Do not allow chemical containers or spray to get into drains, sewers, streams or ponds.
Do not spray directly on humans, pets, exposed food, food preparation areas or food utensils.
Do not spray if bees are feeding on flowering plants.
Will kill bees.
Fish tanks must be covered before using.
Dangerous to fish.

Storage:

Store in the closed, original container in a cool, dry, place out of the reach of children.
Do not store in direct sunlight.
