Application Of Patriot Buffalo Fly Tags

It is recommended to treat cattle with ear tags during the peak fly season ie. when more susceptible cattle show ‘fly worry’, or when there are more than 200 flies per beef animal or 30 flies per dairy cow.

To prolong the effectiveness of the chemical groups available for fly control, ensure that you rotate your ear tags from year to year (Pyrethroid / Organophosphate). Be mindful to use an alternative chemical group for fly control pre- and post- Patriot application to an organophosphate (if further fly control is required) to delay the development of resistance.

Rates Are a General Guide Only. Before Opening, Carefully Read Patriot Insecticide Ear Tags For Cattle Directions for Use, Precautionary and Protection Statements, Storage and Disposal, Safety Directions and First Aid Instructions.
